I got a steal on an open box from Arsenal PC.The mast/mount is very simple but the construction is sturdy and heavy.As I said, the frame I ordered is an open box, and it was obvious he had been previously assembled, but all parts were included and the instructions that I could not be happier. Arsenal PC's customer support is fantastic! I contacted them 3 times and received prompt, courteous, and helpful responses each time.They even offered to cancel my order if I could re-order and add support to my antenna control to save on shipping..
